Hello fellow fiction enthusiasts!

I recommend checking out the About Page first to learn about what is offered as well as rewards and the posting schedule — shortcut here!

Here’s how it works:

Choose Fiction is where the audience — Yes, you — chooses the direction of all the stories written.

When a new story starts a prologue will be released so that a general feel for the direction of the story is created. Here is where you will find out what the genre is, as well as anything else needed to build the foundation.

When the prologue or part (x) ends there will be a poll with a choice to pick from. Each choice offers a different path to take the story, each unique to themselves. There will be a random amount of choices to pick from.

There are no pre-selected prompts with already written material to follow up the previous part, everything is written after the poll is finished. This goes for every part that follows until the story is over.

Types of choices:

The choices to pick from are vast, and therefore they cannot all be listed however, I will list some of the possibilities.

  • The setting, or where the story will take place in the next part.

  • Take away, kill off or add characters.*

  • Change the plot (within reason).

  • Make decisions for the characters.

  • Set the tone

  • Change POV between characters

  • Flashbacks

  • Dialogue

*When a character is added a Character Sheet will be posted to give general information about the characters motivations, morals, background, etc. This is to help potential choices stay true to the characters and story. This is the case for Beast Profiles and World Explorer posts as well. These are ONLY available to paid subscribers — consider upgrading to have a more unique and in-depth experience!

Conclusion

There will be more than one story going at once, likely no more than two or three at a time in rotation. When a story is getting close to ending a special poll will be introduced for a new genre so that a new story can be seamlessly transitioned to.

With all that out of the way, please enjoy yourselves! This is meant to be a community of fiction lovers for fiction lovers by fiction lovers.
